LSI Portal Maintenance & Enhancements

We are excited to announce enhancements coming to the LSI Portal & Learning Center improving the user experience. Implementation of these upgrades are scheduled for this weekend. During which time the sites will be temporarily unavailable.

The Learning Center will be unavailable beginning 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 1.

The LSI Portal will be unavailable 7:00 p.m. Sunday, November 3.

We expect both sites to be upgraded and fully operational by 6 a.m. ET, Monday, November 4.

Key changes to the portal include:

• Simplified sign-on with fewer clicks to enter the LSI Portal
• Integration of the learning site to the portal eliminating a separate sign-on and allowing easier access to product training videos
• An improved hosting environment for better performance including faster loading times

Once the site is back online and the upgrades are completed, all users will be required to reset their password to login.
